Stride frequency drill by Callum...


The drill starts with about 20 sticks about a foot apart. Players are required to run through as fast as possible only placing one foot between each stick. After each time through the coach takes away two sticks from random places. So... he has to build up enough speed to make the long jumps and have quick enough feet (and good enough coordination) to make sure his foot placement gets him through the course. A really fun and challenging drill!
