Walking Lunges

Here is Steve performing the walking lunge. The bar is approx 135 lbs. From a stand up position he lunges forward bending his front leg and powering up from it. The next step will be with his opposite leg (8 each side). The rotation is: forward lunges, diagonal lunges (pretty self explanatory), cross-over lunges, and finally backward lunges). Pretty tough...
